Do you offer personal styling sessions?
Yes, and they're completely free. Our sessions run 30–45 minutes and are perfect if you have a special event, want to refresh your wardrobe, or just want honest advice on what suits you. Book by calling (02) 6361 4422 — sessions are popular so book at least a week ahead.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy on full-price items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return in-store or via post. Sale items are exchange-only.
Do you ship to Sydney, Melbourne and other cities?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide. Orders over $150 ship free. Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $150. Metro orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking via Australia Post.
How often does new stock arrive?
